Damages and Shortages: Please inspect your packages for damage or shortages immediately upon delivery. In the event of damage, visible or concealed, accept the package but have it noted on the carrier delivery receipt. Please contact our customer service department at 614-488-2378 or smallwares@bestrestaurant.com within 48 hours to report any damage.
Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Merchandise returned for credit is subject to restocking charge and must be returned within 30 days of original invoice date. Please note custom and imprinted merchandise is non-returnable.
